Starting July 1st, Overlook Lakes has a B-Upper unit available, A-Upper, and C-Lower. Our units are 1100+ SqFt which include 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, a separate dining room, open-style kitchens, and in unit laundry.  All of our units also include updated appliances, full-size washer and dryer, an attached garage, and a private patio. Warm weather brings us outdoors in the sunshine; Overlook Lakes is a beautiful neighborhood in Greendale with paved sidewalks throughout for you to enjoy. Being outside on your patio, walking to the pool, or just taking a stroll through the neighborhood to get fresh air is wonderful way to get outside and still be mindful of social distancing this summer. A reminder for the summer months for current or soon-to-be residents: grilling is not allowed on your patio or balcony. We do allow you to store a grill in your garage and pull it out onto the driveway to grill. If you are staying closer to home this summer, Overlook Lakes is a great community to be in with activities within the complex and centrally located to many different area attractions.

Did you know The Overlook Lakes Community has condominiums too? These condominiums are very sought after, so only a few come available throughout the year.
